It's time to reveal the Gunners' Greatest 50 Goals - as voted for by Arsenal's fans.

We're into the top 10 in our summer countdown and it kicks off with a fabulous goal scored at a critical time for Arsenal.

They had started this week in 2004 with a chance of the Treble but, after tumbling out of the FA Cup to Manchester United, Arsène Wenger's side were stunned by Chelsea in the Champions League. When Liverpool took a 2-1 half-time lead at Highbury, even Arsenal's Premier League dream seemed to be unravelling.

Step forward Thierry Henry. The Frenchman grabbed a superb hat-trick to get his team back on track and this was easily the pick of the bunch.

Robert Pires had just equalised when Gilberto collected a hacked clearance out of the Liverpool defence and diverted it to Henry. As so often, he had dropped deep in search of the ball.

The French striker had the entire opposition defence in front of him but picked up pace and picked them off.

He surged past one challenge and advanced towards the Liverpool box as the visitors' defence backed off. It proved to be a fatal error from Liverpool as Henry beat Jamie Carragher - who then collided with a team-mate - before slotting the ball past Jerzy Dudek.
