You voted Samir Nasri fourth in our Player of the Season poll so we’re dedicating this week to him on the official club website.

Today you can watch perhaps the Frenchman’s finest moment from his debut season absolutely FREE.

He announced his arrival in perfect fashion only 225 seconds into his Arsenal debut when he struck the winning goal against West Brom on the opening day of the season.

But on Saturday, November 8, a little under three months later, Samir truly marked his arrival in English football with an unforgettable brace against champions Manchester United.

On Monday we asked you to send in your favourite Nasri moments of 2008/09. Over the past five days we have been inundated with tributes from all over the globe. While many of you agreed that the game against Man United was his finest moment, there were special mentions for some other highlights too.

My favourite Nasri moment was when he hit those two goals against Manchester United. That really was his biggest moment so far for Arsenal. That really was a loud announcement that Samir Nasri had arrived in the Premier League.

That double strike against Manchester brought back memories of Robert Pires, it was legendary.

I think Samir Nasri's moment of the season was his first goal for Arsenal against West Brom. To score so early in your first game is a massive boost of confidence and what he did in the rest of the season is a continuation of that goal.

I would have to pick out the second, game-winning goal against Manchester United as it showed the absolute class of Nasri. It showcased his agility, eye for goal and technical ability and therefore it is his greatest moment of the season, I feel.

My favourite moment came against Liverpool when Samir hit a diagonal ball just from the centre of the field to Robin van Persie who then controlled the ball with the help of the chest and scored. The quality of the ball was mind blowing.

For my favourite moment I've chosen the late winner Nasri scored against Hull City at the KC Stadium in January '09. We all remember how shocking it was to lose to Hull City at the Emirates, and it looked as if they were going to steal a couple more points until Nasri stepped up and struck a beautiful low shot into the bottom corner.

Of course his two goals against Man United was his moment of the season. But I think that his goal against WBA was the most important to Samir´s self-confidence because it was the start no one could even hope for.

Nasri's two goals against a strong Man United line-up at the Emirates in November 08 was the best way to cement his arrival at Arsenal. His debut goal scored inside three minutes of his debut game wasn't bad either!

George
France

I think that Samir Nasri's best moment of last season was his first Premier League game against West Brom. The game wasn't particularly great in my opinion but a game that proved that Arsène Wenger had found a new French star.

Anish

Without doubt, Samir's second goal against Man United was the best moment of his Arsenal career to date. The build-up to the goal, the emphatic finish and the crazy celebration after! All made for a brilliant moment.

It’s an obvious choice, but Nasri's goals against Manchester United were truly epic.

My favourite moment was definitely against Man United. Not only did he score two great goals but he spent the whole afternoon tying Gary Neville into knots. This was the moment he truly announced himself in the Premier League.
