Cesc Fabregas, Alex Song and Johan Djourou are back in the Arsenal squad for Saturday's clash with Blackpool.
The trio missed last weekend's trip to Liverpool through illness, a calf injury and a hamstring strain respectively but all three could start the opening match of the season at Emirates Stadium.
Robin van Persie was a late substitute at Anfield and could step up from the bench against Blackpool. But Denilson (groin), Samir Nasri (knee) and Laurent Koscielny (suspension) will not be available while Emmanuel Frimpong (cruciate) is a long-term absentee.
"Fabregas and Van Persie are back in the squad," confirmed Arsène Wenger at his pre-match press conference. "Robin was already last week, now they both are.
"Song is back in the squad too, Djourou is in the squad, but of course we lose Koscielny to suspension.
"Denilson is still working, he is back in normal training but he still needs to work on his fitness. He will need one more week.
"We lost unfortunately Nasri from last week because he has a cartilage injury and much more terrible for us is to lose Frimpong with a cruciate, done in training on Wednesday morning. He will be out for at least six months."
Nasri and Frimpong join Nicklas Bendtner (groin) and Aaron Ramsey (broken leg) on the sidelines and Wenger is hoping for better luck with injuries as the season unfolds.
"It's unfortunate because it is not muscular problems, it is joint problems and you cannot do anything about that," said the manager.
"Frimpong's injury is not controllable, Nasri's was on a tackle but he will [only] be three weeks."
