Cesc Fabregas...staying put
Fabregas – My future belongs at Arsenal FC
Cesc Fabregas has re-affirmed his desire to stay at Arsenal.
The newly-installed captained was linked with a transfer to Milan this morning after he was quoted as saying if he ever moved to Italy he would join the Rossoneri.
However, speaking to Arsenal.com on Thursday afternoon, the 21-year-old once again talked of his happiness and fulfilment at Emirates Stadium.
“It is true that I said I admire Milan for their rich history and the way they play football but that is as far as the story goes,” said Fabregas.
“I am honoured to be wearing the captain’s armband for Arsenal and I am 100 per cent committed to this Club. My future is here.”
