Cesc Fabregas is fit to start on Sunday but Alex Song will not line up alongside him at Blackpool.
The Arsenal captain has been eased back into action after a hamstring problem and was restricted to a 32-minute cameo against Blackburn last weekend, but Arsène Wenger is ready to select Fabregas in his starting line-up at Bloomfield Road.
Aaron Ramsey could also feature after recovering from a groin injury but Wenger could be without three key men for a must-win Premier League fixture.
"Cesc is fit to start," confirmed the manager at his pre-match press conference. "We have some problems with Sagna and with Song, who will be out [with a knee injury], and Walcott as well.
"Song definitely won't play but he should be available for next week. There is a big doubt about Walcott, it's his ankle again. He will have a late fitness test.
"Sagna has a knee problem and has a scan today [Friday]. Everybody else should be available."
Wenger also confirmed that Manuel Almunia will continue in goal at Blackpool with Jens Lehmann providing back-up on the bench.
