Former Arsenal goalkeeper Rami Shaaban has been named in Sweden's squad for the World Cup.
The 30-year-old now plays for Fredrikstad and was drafted into Lars Lagerback's 23-man squad ahead of Eddie Gustafsson. He joins former team-mate Freddie Ljungberg at this summer's tournament in Germany.
Sweden are in the same group as England, Paraguay and Trinidad and Tobago.
Shaaban joined Arsenal in August 2002 and made five appearances. He played against PSV Eindhoven and Roma in the Champions League and kept goal in Premiership fixtures against Tottenham, Aston Villa and Manchester United.
Shaaban broke his leg on Christmas Eve in 2002 and did not appear again for Arsenal's first team. After recovering he built up his fitness during loan spells at West Ham and Brighton before leaving England.Copyright 2016 The Arsenal Football Club plc.
