Partizan Belgrade, Group H’s bottom side, thrashed Metalac GM 5-0 on Sunday. The Serbian champions, who travel to Emirates Stadium on December 8, remain three points ahead of nearest rivals Crvena Zvezda at the top of the Serbian Super Liga. Stefan Babovic gave Aleksandar Stanojević’s side the lead five minutes before half time and Cleo doubled their advantage two minutes later. Ivica Iliev’s brace within eight minutes of the restart made the game safe and Babovic added a fifth two minutes from time. Partizan have yet to win a point in this season’s Champions League and have scored only one goal in five matches.

Shakhtar Donetsk

Shakhtar Donetsk 4-0 Arsenal Kyiv

Shakhtar Donetsk beat Arsenal Kyiv 4-0 on Sunday to remain 12 points clear at the top of the Ukrainian Premier League. Shakhtar, who currently top Group H, went ahead when Jadson converted from the penalty spot after 17 minutes. Marcelo Moreno doubled their lead eight minutes before the break and former Gunner Eduardo made it three just after the hour. Douglas Costa added a fourth from the penalty spot 11 minutes from time as Mircea Lucescu’s side ran out easy winners. Shakhtar will top Arsenal’s Champions League group if they avoid defeat at home to Braga on December 8.

Sporting Braga

Sporting Braga 2-0 Nacional

Sporting Braga followed their midweek victory over Arsenal with a 2-0 win against Nacional on Sunday. Second-half goals from Lima and Paulo Cesar ensured their first win in four Portuguese Liga matches. Domingos Paciência’s side will qualify from Group H if they better Arsenal’s result in the final round of matches on December 8.
