Reims 3-1 Montpellier

Montpellier's disappointing start to the Ligue 1 season continued as they lost 3-1 at Reims. Diego gave the home side the lead after 38 minutes and Montpellier hit back 10 minutes after half time, when Remy Cabella scored after being set up by Younes Belhanda. But two further goals from Christopher Glombard and Gaetan Courtet sealed victory for Reims.

Schalke 04

Greuther Fürth 0-2 Schalke

Schalke maintained their unbeaten start to the Bundesliga season after defeating Greuther Fürth at Trolli ARENA. After a goalless first half, Schalke took the lead just after the break, when 18-year-old Julian Draxler hit his first of the season. Lewis Holtby made the game safe in the 88th minute after being set up by Tranquillo Barnetta.

Olympiacos FC

PAS GIannina 1-2 Olympiacos
Saturday, September 15

Olympiacos continued their 100 per cent start to the season by beating PAS Ginnina at Stadio Zosimades. Konstantinos Mitroglou opened the scoring after an hour, and Rafik Djebbour doubled the lead seven minutes later. Fotis Georgiou pulled a goal back for the home side but Olympiacos held on to stay top of the Super League.
