Eduardo could return for the trip to Stoke but William Gallas, Abou Diaby and Andrey Arshavin will definitely miss Saturday's game.
The Croatian striker has missed the last five games with a hamstring problem but will return to full training on Friday and may be included in Arsène Wenger's squad for a tough test at the Britannia Stadium.
"Gallas (calf), Diaby (knee) and Arshavin (hamstring) are all out but Eduardo joins in training tomorrow [Friday] and we will decide after training," said the manager at his pre-match press conference.
