EBEL Fastest Goal: October comp winner
We can now reveal the winner of the EBEL Fastest Goal competition for October.
Robin Van Persie netted Arsenal's fastest goal of the month, firing home against Birmingham City at Emirates Stadium after 15 minutes and 27 seconds on October 17.
Hundreds of you entered our competition and honourable mentions go to Daniel Hayward and Julius Kessy, both of whom came within just three seconds of the correct time.
Four of you were just two seconds out - Ore Akinyinka, Grant Lear, Chris West and Bruce Davis. After a random draw we can reveal that our October winner is CHRIS WEST. Congratulations Chris - we'll be in touch shortly to arrange your EBEL prize and your free Arsenal TV Online subscription.
The EBEL Fastest Goal competition is run on a monthly basis from August to April. The most accurate guess over the entire eight months wins the biggest prize of all - a personalised Ebel watch, worth £4,150, plus a pair of match tickets. They will receive their prize on the pitch before a home game alongside the scorer of Arsenal's fastest goal of this season.
Lore Memo - our September winner - was just one second out with her prediction so he is the one to catch! If our next monthly winner gets closer than one second to November's fastest goal, they will lead the race for our main prize.
Enter our December competition now for your chance to win.
