Craig Eastmond has joined Championship side Millwall until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old central midfielder has been a regular in the Arsenal Reserves this term, with ten appearances for Neil Banfield’s team.

Craig’s good form has also secured him three first team appearances in 2010/11, including a first outing in the Champions League, being named in the starting line-up for the Group Stage match in Ukraine against Shakhtar Donetsk.

In a break-through 2009/10 season, Eastmond made his first-team debut for Arsène Wenger’s side against Liverpool in the Carling Cup before going on to make seven senior appearances, and also signing a new long-term contract in January 2010.

Wandsworth-born Eastmond, who has now made a total of 10 first team appearances for the Club, joined Arsenal aged just 10 and was an integral part of the 2009 FA Youth Cup winning side.

In Millwall, Eastmond rejoins the club where his fledgling career began as a youngster, before moving to Arsenal.

Everyone at Arsenal Football Club wishes Craig the best of luck during his time with Kenny Jackett’s team.
