Arsène Wenger will be able to choose his team for Saturday's game at Sunderland from an unchanged squad.

Arsenal suffered no injuries in the 6-0 victory against Braga on Wednesday but no-one is likely to be back for the trip to the North-East.

Meanwhile, Abou Diaby is on course to return against West Brom next Saturday. The midfielder injured his ankle against Bolton last weekend and, when he spoke to the media on Tuesday, Wenger was unsure when the Frenchman would be back. Now he has a target.

Thomas Vermaelen is also pencilled in to return against the Baggies however his recovery is less advanced. The Belgian has been out with an Achilles injury since the international break.

Robin van Persie (ankle), Theo Walcott (ankle), Nicklas Bendtner (groin) and Aaron Ramsey (leg) are still out.
