Nordtveit, 18, joined the Gunners in the summer of 2007 from FK Haugesund and made an instant impression, with Reserve team manager Neil Banfield handing him the captain’s armband.
Appearing 11 times and scoring his debut goal in the home reverse against Birmingham City, injury interrupted his first full season with the Club however he did appear as an unused substitute in the final League game of the season.
Everyone at Arsenal would like to wish Havard the best of luck in his time with Salamanca.
