Francis Coquelin is expecting Leeds United to provide a major test of Arsenal’s FA Cup credentials when the teams meet at Emirates Stadium on Monday night.

The French midfielder is expected to feature against Simon Grayson’s men and, after last year’s tie went to a replay at Elland Road, he is taking nothing for granted.

“It’s a big competition and one that we always look forward to. This would be a great cup for us to win so let’s do well in this first game and go from there,” Coquelin told the Official Arsenal Programme.

“It will be a hard game - Leeds will want to show they can play at this level, and we saw them put a good performance in last year, so we have to be ready.”
