Gael Clichy prefers to focus on the positive side of picking up a point away in the Champions League after the Gunners conceded a late goal in Alkmaar on Tuesday night.
David Mendes da Silva volleyed home a 93rd-minute equaliser for the Dutch champions after Cesc Fabregas had put the Gunners ahead in the first half.
Despite the goal, Arsenal remain top of Group H with two home games still to come. And Clichy insists there are plenty of reasons to be cheerful about Arsenal’s European campaign.
"It is a big disappointment to lose two points in the last seconds," said the French defender.
"But maybe before the game, people would have said 1-1 could have been a good result.
"There are a lot of positives from the game and we have to look [at those] for the next game.
"I thought defensively, as a unit, we played well. We are still first [in Group H] and need one more win.
"At the end of the day when you look back, 1-1 is not a bad result."
