Arsenal's captain suffered a foot injury during the 0-0 draw at Portsmouth but has recovered quickly. However, Arsène Wenger will make at least one change from his Boxing Day line-up.
"I will rest Eboue because he has played many games and he leaves soon for the African Nations Cup. Theo is rested too but I think he will be in contention for West Ham. And everybody else is available."
Everybody else except Robin van Persie who, as previously reported, will not feature at Everton. The Dutch striker, recently back from a long-term knee injury, is also set to miss the New Year's Day clash with West Ham. Wenger is loathe to risk Van Persie's fitness with Arsenal chasing silverware on four fronts.
"Van Persie is still out," said Wenger. "I thought he could play against Everton but I was a bit too optimistic because he is not ready. I believe it is a short term problem but he will not be available against West Ham either.
"It is a muscular problem but we need patience. It is a small injury but if you want to win a horse race you need your horse to be 100 per cent.
"We have played 19 games and he has played eight but we are still one point off the leader and when he comes back we can finish in a stronger position. He will be like a new signing - that is why we don't buy."Copyright 2014 The Arsenal Football Club plc.
