Sol Campbell has been named in a full Arsenal squad for the first time since the UEFA Champions League Final of 2006.
The Club made special arrangements for the centre back to play in the Reserves before he completed his return to Emirates Stadium earlier in the month. He featured for 45 minutes at West Ham, his first competitive football since leaving Notts County in September, and has been working on his fitness ever since.
Speaking to TV Online on Thursday, Wenger revealed he would make changes for the FA Cup Fourth Round tie at Stoke this weekend. At Friday's press conference the manager added further details, including Campbell's comeback.
"Jack Wilshere is back in the squad, he will be available for Sunday's game," said Wenger. "And, of course, we have Silvestre and Sol Campbell who can be in the squad. But we will have to rest Sagna for a shoulder problem.
"Merida is out because he has had an ankle injury since the first Bolton game. But Walcott is back in the squad and available for Sunday."
Abou Diaby is also out after hurting his calf against Bolton on Wednesday.
