If you have not received your tickets, then we are offering a reprint service over the weekend of the 8th and 9th of February. Please bring your Email confirmation and photo identification of the purchaser to the Drayton Park Box Office between 09.30 and 17.00 on Saturday or 10.00 and 16.00 on Sunday.
Please also note that the Contact Centre will be open on Sunday between 10.00 and 16.00 to answer questions and queries relating to this game. The number is 0207 619 5000 (Option 1 for ticketing).
We would like to inform all Platinum and Gold Members that season cards will NOT be valid for this match.
All valid Arsenal Members who purchased tickets before 5pm on Wednesday 3rd December for this match will have their membership cards activated. Paper tickets will be sent to any supporter that purchased tickets from Thursday 4th December @ 10:30am onwards.
Tickets will be held for collection for any overseas supporters that purchase tickets from Friday 16th January 2009 onwards, these will be available for collection from the Drayton Park Box Office from Saturday onwards. Please bring your Email confirmation and photo identification of the purchaser.
