Arsenal.com's Nick Teale uses the Bettorlogic form lab to assess this Saturday's trip to Wolves.
Wolverhampton Wanderers have only played one season in the Premier League since it began. They finished bottom in 2003/04 and they haven't started their second top-flight campaign too well either.
Mick McCarthy's side are 17th in the table with just two wins from their 11 games so far and a quick look at the fixture list could strike fear into the eyes of Wolves fans - it's Arsenal then Chelsea next.
Traditionally away fixtures are said to be more difficult than home games, regardless of the opponent.
However, when they play against bottom-half clubs, Arsenal's away record isn't too different to their strong home form.
In fact in percentage terms, Arsenal lose just as few games in north London as they do on their travels with only 13 per cent of games ending in defeat. Arsène Wenger's side also concede fewer goals away from home*.
Robin van Persie is in red-hot form at the moment with seven goals in his last eight Gunners games.
That record is enough to worry any defence but when you consider that the Dutchman has also struck 10 times in 13 outings against promoted sides, you could understand if Wolves were making plans to deal with the 26-year-old.
