Arsenal Football Club is delighted to announce that defender Kyle Bartley has signed a new contract with the Club.
Bartley, 20, spent the 2010/11 campaign gaining first-team experience with successful loan spells at Sheffield United and Rangers. During his time in Glasgow, the centre back made eight starts and cut his teeth in two Old Firm games.
The former Reserve team captain and FA Youth Cup winner has made one competitive appearance for Arsène Wenger’s side, playing 90 minutes against Olympiacos in the UEFA Champions League in December 2009.
