Andrey Arshavin is going head-to-head with the cream of Premier League stars as the voting hots up in the Fans' Player of the Month awards for December.
The Russian has been pulling the strings for Arsenal, and chipping in with vital goals in a more forward role since the injury to Robin van Persie.
