Andrey Arshavin... fit to face Bolton

Arshavin and Denilson fit for Bolton clash

By Nick Teale

Arsène Wenger expects Andrey Arshavin and Denilson to be fit for Wednesday night's visit of Bolton Wanderers but Cesc Fabregas will be out until after the Everton fixture.

Gael Clichy is also nearing a comeback and should return to training early next week but Nicklas Bendtner (groin) remains out.

Denilson sustained a back injury in the Gunners' 3-0 victory over Aston Villa on December 27 and missed the trips to Portsmouth and West Ham United. But the Brazilian midfielder is available for Wednesday's clash with Bolton at Emirates Stadium and Wenger also expects to have Arshavin fit for the match. The Russian midfielder missed Sunday's FA Cup victory at West Ham with a foot injury.

However Fabregas (hamstring) will not return and Clichy (back) remains unavailable.

"Clichy should join in next Monday," said Wenger at his pre-match press conference on Tuesday.

"Fabregas will not be available for Everton but [should be fit for] the game after against Bolton [away].

"We did not lose anybody from the West Ham game.

"Denilson is back in the squad and he will be available for Bolton. Arshavin as well but I would be a bit more cautious about Bendtner."
