I'm trying to log in as an Arsenal Member
When you renew your membership you will be able to access Arsenal Player using your membership number and password. If you have not renewed your membership you will not be able to access Arsenal Player premium content.
I'm trying to log in as an Arsenal TV Online Subscriber with a monthly subscription
As an Arsenal TV Online monthly subscriber you will continue to be able to use your Arsenal TV Online log in details to access Arsenal Player.
However, rather than paying £3.99 a month for access to Arsenal Player you could become an Arsenal member and get all the great benefits of membership, including subscription to Arsenal Player for just £36 (£33 if you pay by Direct Debit).
How to cancel your subscription
If you would like to cancel your subscription, please log in to Arsenal Player and click on 'Your Account'. You will then see a button saying 'Want to cancel?' click here and follow the instructions. Alternatively, if you are having any problems with doing this, please contact our support team at arsenalplayerhelp@arsenal.co.uk.
Please note that we are no longer offering any new customers a monthly subscription to Arsenal Player so if you cancel your subscription you will not be able to sign up for another monthly subscription.
Information on Day Passes
You can buy a day pass for Arsenal Player which will give you access to all of the premium content on the site for 24 hours. If you are already an Arsenal.com registered user then simply log in first and then click on 'Subscribe Now'. If not, just click on the link below and follow the instructions to buy your day pass.
You will be able to see how long you have left on your day pass by referring to the timer in the top right hand corner of your screen.
How to log out during the match day show
If you have logged in as a registered user and need to log in as a member simply click on the link below and then you can log back in with your membership details.
