Get fit and Get involved with Arsenal Ladies FC in 2014!
Arsenal Ladies in conjunction with the FA and the Premier League will be Launching their Come & Play Sessions at The Hertfordshire Sports Village on Friday 10th January 2014.
The sessions are for 16 to 25 year old Women & Girls and gives participants the opportunity to PLAY small sided games under the supervision of our qualified coaches, to GET FIT for 2014 and have FUN in a RELAXED and FRIENDLY environment!
You don’t need any experience to take part all you need to do is Come & Play!
Sessions will be held every Friday from 10th January 2014 and there are 2 sessions to choose from; 5pm-6pm and 6pm-7pm.
Sessions take place on the sand based astro turf at The Hertfordshire Sports Village, de Havilland Campus, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, AL10 9EU.
First Sessions for ALL participants are FREE! (normal price £2 per session or £1 with a student card)
