Young forward Anthony Jeffrey has joined League One side Stevenage on loan for two months.
The pacy winger has been a regular for Arsenal Under-18s this season, making 12 league appearances and demonstrating impressive form in the FA Youth Cup with two goals in three games.
He has featured in five of the Club’s six NextGen Series fixtures so far, and last October earned a first outing for the under-21s, coming on as a substitute in the 0-0 draw away to Blackburn Rovers.
Jeffrey, who first joined the Arsenal academy at the age of eight, now heads to Broadhall Way for the chance to gain a first taste of senior football.
Everyone at Arsenal wishes Anthony well for his time with Stevenage.Copyright 2013 The Arsenal Football Club plc. Permission to use quotations from this article is granted subject to appropriate credit being given to www.arsenal.com as the source 1 Mar 2013
