Angola 2010: First victory for Cameroon

The Africa Cup of Nations 2010 is underway and Arsenal's Alex Song and Emmanuel Eboue are in host country Angola to represent Cameroon and Ivory Coast respectively.

Cameroon collected their first points of the Africa Cup of Nations with an entertaining 3-2 victory over Zambia on Sunday. Alex Song played 90 minutes in the game but Zambia took the lead when Jacob Mulenga tapped in from close-range after eight minutes. Zambia held their lead for the next hour of the game but the final 22 minutes of the fixture saw four goals. In the 68th minute Geremi's hopeful cross slid underneath the keeper to draw Cameroon level and four minutes later Samuel Eto'o fired them ahead. Chris Katongo then equalised for Zambia from the penalty spot in the 82nd minute but with four minutes remaining Mohamadou Iddrisou headed in to earn Cameroon the victory.
