Manuel Almunia is back in the Arsenal squad for Sunday’s FA Cup clash with Huddersfield Town.
The Spanish goalkeeper has been sidelined by elbow and ankle injuries since his last appearance against West Brom in September but he could make his comeback in the Fourth Round tie at Emirates Stadium.
Abou Diaby (calf), Sebastian Squillaci (hamstring) and Tomas Rosicky (sickness) will also return against Huddersfield as Arsène Wenger rings the changes but Bacary Sagna will not be risked after suffering a head injury against Ipswich in midweek.
“Definitely back in the squad is Diaby, Squillaci, Almunia and certainly Rosicky,” confirmed Wenger at his pre-match press conference.
“Sagna will definitely not be used because of his head injury.
“I will rotate [the squad], that is what I do now in every single game.”
