Arsenal will be without three attackers for the Emirates Cup.
Emmanuel Adebayor, Tomas Rosicky and Theo Walcott are all suffering the effects of the Club's recent nine-day training camp in Austria and will miss the tournament at the weekend. However the injuries are not long term.
"At the moment, not everybody's match fit," said Arsène Wenger at Friday's press conference. "We worked very hard in Austria and there was such heat that we have lost Emmanuel Adebayor, Tomas Rosicky and Theo Walcott for the tournament.
"The good news is that it is a question of days not weeks. They will be OK for Ajax and everybody will be ready for the start of the season."Copyright 2017 The Arsenal Football Club plc.
