Victory for the Gunners, combined with a Schalke win over Olympiacos, will see Arsène Wenger's side through to the knockout rounds for the 13th season in succession.
Arsenal are currently one point behind Schalke and one ahead of Olympiakos, so any other combination of results will mean they could still face a nervy deciding night in Athens on December 4.
One player who will be certainly be relishing a meeting with his old club is Olivier Giroud, who has scored four times in the last three games.
Judging by their display against Spurs there could be plenty of goals on the cards, and a 3-0 Arsenal victory is priced up at a tempting 11/2.
However, given that they have now gone five games without keeping a clean sheet, a saver on 3-1 at 8/1 could be also be worth considering.
