Arsenal go into tonight's game against Bolton Wanderers knowing a two-goal victory would take them to the top of the Premier League.
So far this term the Gunners have averaged 2.14 points per game while scoring at a rate of 2.62 goals per match. However when striker Eduardo starts, Arsène Wenger's side concede 39 per cent fewer goals and score 10 per cent more.
Bolton have not registered a League win away at Arsenal since January 1962 when they beat the Gunners 2-1.
Since summer 2004 Bolton have lost 76 per cent of trips to 'Big Four' clubs and have not picked up a victory, averaging 0.24 points per game. They also concede an average of 2.38 times in each match while scoring 0.78 goals per game.
Kevin Davies is expected to play tonight and the Bolton man has committed more fouls than any other Premier League player this season. His 52 is 14 more than the Gunners' most penalised player Alex Song.
Cesc Fabregas got Arsenal's first goal against Wanderers on Sunday and his 12 assists this term is the League's most from one player. Since the start of last season the midfielder has helped the team to win 71 per cent of games at Emirates Stadium compared to 58 per cent when he hasn't started.
Arsène Wenger's side hold a superb home record against bottom-six clubs. Since the start of the 2004 campaign the Gunners have lost just one such game, to West Ham in April 2007.
