Ladies five-a-side league returns!

Aged 16+ and want to play five-a-side?

Our popular Monday night league returns on January 23 and is open to all females, whether you've played the game previously or not!

Supported by the Premier League Womens' & Girls' funding and Hertfordshire FA, sessions are open to teams or individuals and will run every Monday, 7:30pm-9:00pm at Cotlandswick Leisure Centre in London Colney.

Each Monday, players will be organised into teams and will play a series of friendly fixtures across the 90-minute session. Each time you attend, you will earn points that can be redeemed against Arsenal Ladies products, including match tickets for a 2017 Spring Series fixture.

To register for your first session, please email Lucy Burdin on lucyburdin@yahoo.co.uk with your name and/or team members.

TIME: 7:30pm-9:00pm
DATES: Every Monday, beginning on January 23

How can I sign up?
You can sign up to play or register your interest by emailing our Lucy Burdin on lucyburdin@yahoo.co.uk

If you have a group of mates and would like to register as a group – great! If not, you can register as an individual and we will find you a team for the games.

How much does it cost?
It costs £2 per person per week to play.

Do I have to commit to every week?
No – we understand that it’s hard to commit to programmes. Although, we hope you will attend every session as this will contribute to your points total.

How old do you have to be to play in the league?
As this is a women's only league, the minimum age is 16.
