Aaron Ramsey admits that he was nervous when he made his Arsenal debut eight years ago.
Ramsey made his senior debut against FC Twente in August 2008 and readily recalls that incredible evening in his career.
"I was nervous at the time and was just glad we won the game. I think the nerves might have got the better of me on that day."

“I’d obviously only just joined and there were a few injuries,” he told Arsenal Player. “So I had a chance to make my full debut, which was incredible. I was really nervous going into the game, playing with the players that I was at the time.
“Just coming from Cardiff that was incredible, but I was just thankful that we won the game in the end.”
The Wales midfielder harbours fond memories of that day but isn’t afraid to admit that the occasion may have got the better of him.
“I don’t think I was [happy with my performance]. Like I said, I was nervous at the time and was just glad we won the game. I think the nerves might have got the better of me on that day.”
