Gedion Zelalem has extended his loan with Glasgow Rangers until the end of the season.

The 18-year-old midfielder has helped Mark Warburton's side to the top of the Scottish Championship in his 12 league appearances so far. He will hope to gain more senior experience in the second half of the campaign.

Zelalem joined Arsenal form Hertha Berlin in January 2013 and has featured twice for the first team. A USA youth international, he has previously represented Germany at junior level.

Everyone at Arsenal wishes Gedion well for the rest of the season with Rangers.
