October was a fine month for the Gunners as they rose up to second in the Premier League and got back on track in the Champions League.
Alexis' brace and a Mesut Ozil strike helped Arsenal start with a bang as they beat Manchester United 3-0 at Emirates Stadium, before the Chilean scored again as Arsene Wenger's side defeated Watford by the same scoreline.
Olivier Giroud was also on target at Vicarage Road, and he maintained his fine form by scoring the opener in the Gunners' victory against Bayern Munich and the hard-fought win against Everton.
