Flamini on hard work and understanding

Mathieu Flamini says the solid understanding between Arsenal’s players is behind their good run of results.

The Gunners have won 15 out of their last 17 games and the 4-1 victory against Liverpool made it seven wins in a row for Arsene Wenger’s side.

Arsenal are second in the Premier League ahead of Saturday’s trip to Burnley, and Flamini is confident the Gunners can maintain their fine form until the end of the season.

"It’s important to not put any limit on our progress"

“The team have been working very well and the understanding between us is also improving a lot,” the midfielder told Arsenal Player.

“Also the fact that everyone is available is very important for the manager and for the team because when we are all available the quality of the team is even better.

“We have a lot of confidence because doing so well until now is a very good point for the confidence of the team. It’s important to not put any limit [on our progress].

“We will play the semi-final of the FA Cup and the objective is very simple - to win it and to continue to do well in the Premier League.”
