Boss - I have many solutions up front

Arsene Wenger says he has "many solutions" in attack after Theo Walcott and Joel Campbell made their mark in the FA Cup.

Walcott started his first game for exactly a year and got a valuable 76 minutes under his belt, while Campbell caught the eye on his debut in the competition as Arsenal eased past Hull City.

With Alexis - who scored the second in a 2-0 win - and Chuba Akpom also featuring on Sunday, and Danny Welbeck and Olivier Giroud back soon, Wenger is happy with the talent at his disposal.

"He has to get used to contact again and that will take a little bit of time"

"We have many options when you think of the players who still have not played tonight," he told Arsenal Player. "We have many solutions up front.

"You cannot expect much [from Walcott yet] but fitness-wise he was good. He had good chances, made some good runs. He has to get used to contact again and that will take a little bit of time. Overall it was a positive first game.

"It’s a very important period now. We’ve had many injuries until now and hopefully everybody will be back."

Campbell limped off in the closing minutes of Sunday's game but Wenger allayed fears that the Costa Rica forward had suffered an injury.

"It’s not an injury, it’s cramp," he explained. "He has given a lot and he lacks competition as well. He’s a very generous player and he did fight very hard. He’s a bit short physically but I don’t think he’s injured."
