Loan Watch: Wellington scores for Murcia

Wellington kept Murcia's play-off hopes alive by netting a brace against Lugo. The forward scored twice in the space of three minutes after Kike put the hosts in front on the hour. Wellington was replaced after 84 minutes and Lugo pulled a goal back in second-half stoppage time.

Johan Djourou played the entirety of Hamburg's defeat in Lower Saxony - a major blow for Mirko Slomka's side in their battle to stay in the Bundesliga. Lars Stindl opened the scoring after nine minutes and, though Hakan Calhanoglu equalised shortly after half-time, Didier Ya Konan's late winner gave the hosts a crucial three points.

Jordan Rhodes and Lewis Buxton exchanged first-half strikes before Craig Conway and Michael Keane put Blackburn in control. Atdhe Nuhiu scored twice after the break to ensure a point for hosts.

Francis Coquelin's Freiburg took a big step towards safety with this victory over bottom side Braunschweig. Julian Schuster extended an advantage handed to the hosts through Damir Vrancic's early own goal to complete the win. Coquelin did not feature.

Ju Young Park played no part as Martyn Woolford's late equaliser earned Millwall what could be a valuable point in their battle against relegation. Steve Morison equalised Lewis McGugan's early opener and Almen Abdi's deflected shot looked to have given the visitors victory before Woolford struck.
