Arsène Wenger believes this year's tour of Asia could be even more enjoyable than last summer's trip.

The Frenchman and his players were given a rapturous reception in Malaysia and China in July 2011 and they will fly back to the Far East this weekend for three more matches plus a number of special events.

The Arsenal fans will be a big part of the experience and Wenger suspects that even more supporters could greet the team this time.

"I expect an even better [reception] because maybe we have more people interested in our club now," he told Arsenal Player.

"Maybe we gained some supporters last season and maybe they will show that to the team this season. Overall we expect the same quality in the welcome, we have no doubt about that, but hopefully we have even more fans than we had last year."
