Shakhtar go into tonight's game at Emirates Stadium with six points from their opening two Champions League games and have won 11 of their opening 13 league matches this season.

The game also sees the return of former Gunner Eduardo, who will no doubt be looking forward to seeing a few old faces at the Club he spent three years with.

Can the Croatian and his Shakhtar team continue their fine start in Group H? We spoke to Olga Dolinina from the newspaper Komanda and Olexander Denysov who presents his country's football show, ‘Football Weekend’ to get a Ukrainian perspective on Tuesday's clash.

THE STORY SO FAR
Dolinina: The season is going great, they are currently in first position in the Ukrainian Premier League. The President pays a lot of money to invite footballers and his aim is to win as many trophies as possible. They aim to go as far as possible in the Champions League. It’s been a nice surprise the way they have started that a Ukrainian team has started so well. It’s very nice that our team is doing well in the Champions League and it gives our country prestige and respect for our country. Dynamo Kyiv are also playing and it’s great that we have two teams in the Champions League. Ukrainian football is on the up.

FOCUS - THE ONE TO WATCH

ONES TO WATCH
Denysov: The captain of the team Dario Srna is a Croatian defender and he is like the leader of the team. Dmytro Chygrynskiy has played for Barcelona and came back to Shakthar last summer. He got a few injuries at Barcelona and had compete with Pique and Puyol and that was hard. They are both Catalonian  and Guardiola made his choice. They paid €25 million for him and then after one year he came back for €15 million so Shakhtar did good business. A couple of Brazilian players, Fernandinho and Douglas Costa are injured and will not play tomorrow. They have experienced players in the Champions League so they can get a result tomorrow.

FOCUS - MAN OF THE MOMENT

MAN OF THE MOMENT
Denysov
: At the moment Eduardo doesn’t look 100 per cent sharp. Maybe because he didn’t play enough games at Arsenal or maybe other reasons but now he is getting better and better with every game. He has scored a few important goals in the championship and I think it’s a good opportunity for him to show Arsène Wenger and everyone at Arsenal what he can do. Of course he knows a lot about Arsenal but Mircea Lucescu is a great coach with huge experience and has won European Cups so I don’t think he needs any advice on Arsenal! He can see everything but Eduardo’s experience could help too.

FOCUS - TALKING TACTICS

TALKING TACTICS
Denysov: These two teams play the same way. They love attacking and love to play at a high tempo so I don’t think they will fear Arsenal. They will keep in mind that they are playing away from home and they will try to start well. They will try and win the game and they will not play for a 0-0 because they love attacking.

FOCUS - IMPRESSIONS OF ARSENAL

IMPRESSIONS OF ARSENAL
Denysov: In the Arsenal team every player can score a goal. It’s not only one or two stars it’s a team of stars. Arshavin is good at the moment

FANS
Dolinina: Our fans are very passionate. Shakhtar has a lot of devoted fans who travel home and away.
