Arsène Wenger admits he finds it ridiculous that there should be question marks over Roberto Mancini's future.
Arsenal host Manchester City at Emirates Stadium on Sunday in a clash that some believe could end the latter's title challenge and put Mancini's job on the line.
But Wenger has backed the Italian and believes he has performed well since taking over at the Etihad Stadium.
"Yes [it is ridiculous to question his future], because he is under contract," he said.
"He has done a good job. He knows the squad and I'm not responsible for City's politics. They have to deal with their own problems and I deal with mine."Copyright 2013 The Arsenal Football Club plc.
