Steve Bould has relished his first season as Arsenal's assistant manager - despite the pressure that goes with his new role.
The former centre back was on the playing staff when Arsene Wenger arrived in north London in 1996 and won the Double in the Frenchman's first full season.
Fast forward 15 years and Bould is coming towards the end of his first campaign alongside Wenger after succeeding the long-serving Pat Rice last summer.
"[There has been] lots of pressure, but I've enjoyed it," Bould told Arsenal Player. "I've loved it.
"There are things that are said [in the media] that don't go on and you realise that when you're sitting beside the manager and other coaching staff. There are lots of people who want to create stories. It's part of the job and you have to just get on with your work.
"In the end, it's all about results. That's one thing I have realised. It's not as it was in youth football, where it was more about development. You have to win games. You're judged on that so that's the tough side. But I think we can go on winning games.
"I've learnt [huge amounts]. Once that door is closed in the first-team area, it's a completely different job than I ever imagined. I'm learning all the time. I'm loving it."
