On the 2-0 victory...
"Against a good Chelsea side I think we've played really well tonight. I'm really pleased with them. They took on board the tactical stuff we spoke about before the game and we could have got a couple of goals from that. So I was really pleased with the tactical side and taking information in."

On playing the way the first team play...
"We're trying to replicate that all the time and it's very hard. I was really pleased with the [second] goal and the all-round performance and I think it rounded it off, a good goal really.

On Craig Eastmond...
"I think development of players is about patience and we see things in a lot of our young players and it's just giving them patience and time to develop and to really flower. I think you're seeing with Craig now the work he's put in over the last few seasons is really starting to pay dividends."

On James Shea's injury...
"It's a tackle that's come through and I think he's got a cut between a couple of his toes and I think he's doubtful for Saturday [a youth team fixture against Ipswich] but it was just a football accident."

On not having a keeper on the bench...
"Obviously we've got a couple of injuries and our goalkeepers are on international duty so we were warming up Luke Ayling [to replace Shea], who is a very good keeper by the way. He does really well so he was the ace up our sleeve I think."

On developing young players...
"It's great to have won all our games and to have the performances but we're looking at the player development. I think there are some really interesting young players developing at this Club. It's taken a bit of time but I think you've seen over the last few years how it's developed. As I've always said, the Club, from the manager down, is looking very, very strong."
