Arsène Wenger admits it has been "incredibly difficult" to sign players this summer.
The manager completed his third major capture of the transfer window on Friday morning when Sebastien Squillaci arrived from Sevilla. However, the boss says he's had trouble bringing new players to the Club this summer.
"[It has been] incredibly difficult, I must say," he said. "It's the first year I've felt [like this].
"The clubs who had players didn't want to sell and therefore there was no movement. I don't know if it's the 25-player squad rule, is it the money situations? But there is just no movement. It's dead."Copyright 2013 The Arsenal Football Club plc.
