On the performance...
I'm really pleased with the performance tonight. We moved the ball, they tried to work on what we've been working on and I think they were a bit hard done by to be honest.

On the penalty decision...
No complaints whatsoever. I think Daniel [Boating] has got a little bit over-anxious and gone for it. I think he's got to learn that at times as a defender you've got to hold and know where your strikers are, but he'll learn.

On a very young team who didn't shy away from the physical battle...
If you are going to be a top player you've got to have a physical side to your game. That's not tackling it's physically running and working for the team. Overall they did really well tonight.

On being organised at the back....
We've worked on that and I think we restricted them to not many chances and created a few of our own.

On the advice he's given the youngsters taking part against Olympiacos...
I don't say anything to them. They're with the first team and whoever gets the nod gets the nod. They've worked towards this since they came in at the age of 12 some of them. I'll watch the game as nervous as a kitten, I'll be sitting there like an expectant father and Steve Bould and all the academy coaches, we all will. It's great when the lads come through and hopefully they'll be fine.

On Nacer Barazite's injury...
He had a dislocated shoulder but he's back running now and in the New Year Nacer should be back and out on the field.
