Tyreece John-Jules opened his account for Lincoln City with the only goal of the game as they won 1-0 at home to Blackpool. In the 63rd minute, Tyler Walker slotted in our on-loan striker, who confidently stroked the ball past Mark Howard.
Emile Smith Rowe made his debut for Huddersfield, playing 81 minutes as the Terriers drew 0-0 at home to Brentford.
Mohamed Elneny played the full 90 minutes, picking up a yellow card as Besiktas lost 2-1 at home to Sivasspor. All of the goals came in the first half, with Erdogan Yesilyurt opening the scoring after just seven minutes. Adem Ljajic equalised, but Mustapha Yatabare struck just moments before half-time. Elneny was booked in the 79th minute.
Ben Sheaf played the full 90 minutes as Doncaster Rovers lost 1-0 at home to Coventry City. Jordan Shipley scored the game’s only goal in the 26th minute, with Sheaf picking up a yellow card in the 55th minute.
