Rachel Yankey earned her 100th England cap on Thursday evening and celebrated by scoring the opening goal of a 3-0 victory over Turkey.
Fellow Gunner Ellen White scored the second goal of the game and Faye White also started.
Yankey wore the captain's armband and put England ahead in the 22nd minute. Half-time substitute Ellen White doubled the advantage in the 62nd minute and Jess Clarke added a third with 14 minutes to play.
England are second in qualifying group five for the 2011 Women's World Cup, level on points with Spain and with a game in hand.
