Ellen White says Arsenal Ladies will hit Frankfurt with everything they have in their Champions League semi-final first leg on Sunday.

The Ladies host the German outfit at Meadow Park as they look to build a healthy lead to take into next Saturday’s second leg in Frankfurt.

But while keeping a clean sheet is an obvious target, White believes Laura Harvey’s side have what it takes to put the visitors to the sword.

“We want a clean sheet but we want to score goals as well,” she told Arsenal Player. “I don't think we are going to be holding back at all, we are going to go for that win. I think we have to score early on and get a good lead but obviously they are going to come out firing as well.

“We absolutely love playing at Boreham Wood, all the girls do and we are trying to make it a fortress. Hopefully we can get some goals under our belts to take away because it is going to be a massive game away from home.

“I think a lot of us would like to play away first and come back home but we are looking forward to it.

“I think all four of us in the semi-finals have won the trophy before. Everybody knows what it is all about and it is a massive couple of games. We can't take it for granted, it is such a massive incentive to get to the Champions League final. We can definitely take a lot of experience from Lyon last year and learn a lot.”
