Ladies to kick-off season against Blackburn
After their 1-0 Community Shield win over last season closest rivals Everton on August 7, the Girl gunners will head into this weekends first league fixture against Blackburn Rovers assured that a repeat performance will set them off on the right foot.
The traditional curtain raiser provided the ideal chance for Vic Akers to bed in his four new summer signings and clearly set out their intentions for the forthcoming league campaign.
Sundays kick-off at Boreham Wood FC will be at the slightly earlier time of 1pm and will no doubt prove a close contest with a Blackburn Rovers side who have also made new additions over the summer, one being goalkeeper Danielle Hill who has made the move from Everton in the past week.
The following week they travel to Liverpool before the first local derby of the season against Watford at home on Thursday 27th August, Kick-off 7.45pm.
Tickets for home games will continue to be great value for money this season at just £3 for Adults and £1.50 for Concessions.
Season Tickets are also available at just £20 Adults / £10 concessions. To purchase a season ticket click here.
