Three Lions go top with 9-0 victory over Armenia.

Everton striker Nikita Parris helped herself to a hat-trick for England as Mo Marley's side beat Armenia 9-0 in their European Women's U19 Championship qualifier.

The Three Lions added to their 4-0 victory over Moldova on Saturday with another comprehensive display, brushing aside their oppenents in the second of three games this week.

And it took just seven minutes for England to go in front, Arsenal's Jordan Nobbs finding the target after hitting a brace on Saturday two minutes before Parris got her first of the afternoon.

Armenia's Sona Shahinyan effectively put the game beyond her team just before the break with an own goal to give England a three-goal advantage.

Marley's team were rampant after the break. Chelsea's Rebecca Jane made it 4-0 three minutes into the second half and another Gunner, Danielle Carter, struck number five on 56.

Parris grabbed her brace eleven minutes later and before she completed her hat-trick with two minutes left, Maegan Doyle (74) and Lauren Bruton (84) had both scored from the penalty spot. The first for a foul on Jane, the second for a mistimed challenge on Parris.
