Laura Harvey is urging Arsenal’s fans to come along to Boreham Wood on Thursday and cheer the Ladies to a vital Champions League victory.

The Gunners beat Serbian outfit ZFK Masinac 3-1 in the first leg of their European tie and are firm favourites to advance to the last 16 of the competition. But Harvey is still hoping for a big crowd at Meadow Park to give her players an extra push.

"We’re opening the doors up for free to try and get as many people through the gates as possible," Harvey told Arsenal.com.

"We appreciate the fans because we’re not around every week now that the League format has changed. But Thursday's game is a good chance for them to see the new fresh faces we brought in during the summer.

"The more people the better, the more people we can get through the gates to cheer us on I think will do us the world of good and that’s exactly what the players need."

Thursday's game kicks off at 2pm (UK time) at Boreham Wood FC - and it's FREE to get in
